Service Agreement

  1. Scope of Services: Tucson AZ Painters offers access to residential and commercial painting services, which include, but are not limited to, interior and exterior painting, color consultation, and surface preparation.

  2. Service Area: Our services are limited to the Tucson, AZ area and its surrounding towns and cities.

  3. Quotations and Pricing: All quotations provided are estimates and are subject to change based on the actual scope of work. Final pricing will be confirmed upon site inspection by the actual service provider.

  4. Scheduling and Timeliness: We strive to complete our services within the agreed-upon timeframe. However, schedules are subject to change due to weather, supply availability, and other unforeseen circumstances.

  5. Payment Terms: A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Final payment is due upon completion of the service to your satisfaction. Late payments may incur additional charges.

Client Responsibilities

  1. Access and Preparation: Clients are responsible for providing access to the service area and ensuring that it is ready for painting (e.g., removal of furniture and valuables).

  2. Decision Making: Clients must make timely decisions regarding colors, finishes, and other relevant details to avoid delays.

  3. Communications: Clients should provide clear and prompt communication regarding any concerns or changes to the scope of work.

Quality Assurance

  1. Materials and Techniques: Providers use high-quality paints and proven techniques. Specific product choices may be available upon request.

  2. Workmanship Guarantee: Provider guarantees the quality of their workmanship for a specified period. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by external factors.

  3. Resolution of Issues: Any concerns about the service must be reported within a specified period after completion for remediation.

Liability and Insurance

  1. Property Damage: Providers are responsible to hold liability insurance for property damage caused by provider’s staff. Accidental damage must be reported immediately for assessment and repair.

  2. Personal Injury: Tucson AZ Painters is not liable for personal injuries that occur in the work area during the service period.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  1. Cancellation by Client: Clients may cancel services with a specified notice period. Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs after this period.

  2. Cancellation by Tucson AZ Painters: We reserve the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances, with a full refund of any deposits.

Modifications to Terms

Tucson AZ Painters reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
